HomeKart and Instamore
A family of shopping and delivery apps for Webkoon: a local shopping app for households and a 60-minute B2B ordering app for hardware traders.
The brief
Webkoon builds commerce platforms for markets the large marketplaces serve poorly. HomeKart needed to help neighbourhood stores compete with national apps on convenience. Instamore needed to replace the phone calls, WhatsApp price lists and paper order books that electrical, plywood and hardware dealers still use to buy stock.
What we built
One system, several apps
Customer apps, rider apps and partner apps were designed together, so an order placed by a shopper appears correctly for the store, the rider and the admin team at every step.
HomeKart for households
Category browsing across groceries, household and personal care, live order tracking, recommendations based on past orders and app-only offers that make buying local worth it.
Instamore for trade buyers
A marketplace where verified dealers and retailers compare supplier prices, place bulk orders and receive stock in as little as an hour.
Inside the project
Where it landed
Both apps are live on Google Play. HomeKart holds a 5.0 rating from verified reviews, with customers singling out on-time delivery and helpful delivery staff.
