Business automation, websites and apps

Appointments, follow‑ups and reminders that run themselves.

We build the automations behind clinics, home-service firms and growing businesses: a booking that confirms itself, sends the Google Meet link and reminds the customer, whether or not anyone on your team is online.

One booking, start to finishExample
  1. A patient picks Tuesday, 5:30 pm on the clinic website
  2. The slot is held on Google Calendar, so it cannot be double booked
  3. A Google Meet link is created and sent by email and WhatsApp
  4. The visit is added to the clinic’s patient sheet
  5. Reminder goes out, and the patient confirms with one tap

Nobody on the clinic’s side touched it.

Your accounts, your data. Everything runs on tools you already own

A person approves the risky steps. Refunds, pricing and complaints never run alone

Every run is logged in plain language, so you can see what happened

Work that happens without anyone being there.

All automations we build
  • Appointment booking

A customer picks a slot and the rest happens by itself: calendar entry, Google Meet link, confirmation on WhatsApp and email, and a clean reschedule if plans change.

    Clinics, consultants, coaches

  • Enquiry replies

Calls you missed, WhatsApp messages and website forms get a useful answer within a minute, and land in your sheet or CRM with the details already filled in.

    Every business

  • Reminders and no-show recovery

Reminders go out a day and a few hours before, with one tap to confirm or move. Missed appointments get a polite follow-up instead of an empty slot.

    Clinics, salons, studios

  • Site visits and quotes

Visits are scheduled by area and availability, quotes go out the same day, and follow-ups continue until the customer replies or pays.

    Home services, contractors

  • Reviews and repeat business

After a visit, happy customers are asked for a review at the right moment, unhappy ones reach you privately, and regulars get a nudge when they are due again.

    Local service businesses

  • The morning summary

One message before the day starts: today's appointments, yesterday's enquiries and payments, and anything that needs your attention.

    Owners and managers

Built for businesses that live on appointments and enquiries.

  • Clinics and doctors

Consultation booking with a Meet link for video visits, reminders that cut no-shows, and a follow-up after every visit.

  • Home services

Plumbing, cleaning, repairs and installation: enquiries answered instantly, visits scheduled by area, quotes chased until closed.

  • Salons, studios and coaches

Slots, packages and rebooking nudges that fill the diary without a receptionist on the phone.

  • Trade and retail

Order updates, payment reminders and invoices read straight into your sheet, with a daily numbers digest.

It starts with one process, not a big project.

A short audit shows what is worth automating and what it would save, before you commit to anything.

  1. 01

    Audit one process

We sit with the people doing the work and follow a single process end to end: every tool it touches, every handover, every hour it costs in a normal week.

  2. 02

    Map before building

You get the workflow written down as it runs today, marked with what can be automated safely, what should stay with a person, and what the change is worth.

  3. 03

    Build in short cycles

The automation is built on your own accounts and tested against real cases from last month, so you can see how it would have handled work you already know the answer to.

  4. 04

    Watch it run

Every run is logged in plain language: what fired, what it decided and why. We monitor failures and adjust as your process changes.

Led by Manish Bhanushali

For more than five years, Manish has been building the software businesses depend on every day: company websites, shopping and delivery apps live on Google Play, and the automations that keep small teams fast.

The studio works as a close partner rather than a vendor. You speak directly with the person responsible for your product, from the first discovery call to the release notes a year later.

Common questions

What does Manish Bhanushali’s studio do?

We build business automation for appointments, enquiry replies, reminders and follow-ups, plus websites and mobile apps. The studio is led by Manish Bhanushali in Ahmedabad, India, and works with clinics, home-service firms and growing businesses in India and abroad.

How can a business automate appointment booking and reminders?

A customer picks a slot, and the calendar entry, Google Meet link, WhatsApp and email confirmation, and reminders all happen automatically. Missed appointments get a follow-up instead of an empty slot. It is built on tools you already use, such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets, and runs on your own accounts.

How do we start with automation?

With a short audit of one process. You get a written map of the workflow, the time it costs today and a fixed-scope plan to automate it. Most first automations are live within a few weeks.

Do we have to change the tools we already use?

No. The point is to connect what your team already knows, such as CRMs, Google Sheets, accounting tools, WhatsApp and email. We only suggest replacing a tool when it is the thing blocking the automation.

How long does a business website take to build?

A focused company website usually takes four to six weeks from discovery to launch. Larger storefronts and portals are planned in phases so something usable goes live early.

Do you build mobile apps for Android and iOS?

Yes. Most projects use a cross-platform approach so both apps share one codebase. We also handle the Play Store and App Store listings, and you own the code and developer accounts.

Who owns the automation, website or app afterwards?

You do. Code, accounts, workflows and documentation are set up under your name from the first day. Monthly care is available but never required.

Where is the studio based and who does it serve?

The studio is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and serves clients in India, the UAE, the United Kingdom and the United States.
